Set your reply identity

Your username appears as @username beneath replies you send on tickets. It must be unique and contain 2–32 lowercase letters, numbers, periods, underscores, or hyphens. Marno trims the value and converts it to lowercase when you save. Use the reply preview to check how it will appear. You can also upload, replace, or remove your profile image. Use a JPEG, PNG, or WebP file; the image is resized and compressed before upload. Your email is shown for reference because it is your passwordless sign-in identity. It cannot be changed from Profile settings. Choose Connect Discord, approve the Discord identity request, and return to Marno. The connection uses Discord’s identify permission and enables Discord DM notification options. It does not connect a server and does not change how you sign in. One Discord account can be linked to only one Marno user. If the account is already in use, disconnect it from the other Marno profile before trying again. After linking, open the Notifications tab and enable the Discord events you want. Choose Disconnect when you no longer want this account linked. Disconnecting also turns off all saved Discord notification toggles.
Connecting your personal Discord identity is separate from installing the Marno bot in a workspace’s Discord server.
