Discord Q&A listens for new replies in one channel. It does not import existing history. This source type is available on Premium and Business plans.

Add a Discord Q&A source

  1. Connect Discord from Integrations.
  2. Open Agents, select the agent, and open Knowledge.
  3. Select Add resource → Discord Q&A.
  4. Choose one text channel.
  5. Select at least one trusted answer role.
  6. Add the source.
A completed source shows Listening. Marno considers only new replies written by people with a trusted role. The answer must use Discord’s reply action on the original question. Marno ignores bots, acknowledgements, social chat, short non-answers, personal cases, and replies that depend on missing context. Open the source to review learned Q&A entries. Admins can edit a stored question or answer. Saving re-indexes it.
