Close a ticket

Open the ticket and select Close ticket. Closing a ticket:
  • Closes and archives its Discord thread
  • Makes the Inbox conversation read-only
  • Moves it to the Closed folder

Reopen a ticket

Open a Resolved or Closed ticket and select Reopen. The conversation becomes active again and your team can reply.

Open the Discord thread

Select Open in Discord when you need to view the original thread. Inbox messages and ticket actions remain synchronized with Discord.
