Connect Discord to let customers open private support tickets from your server.

Connect Discord

Open Integrations, select Discord, and authorize the Marno bot.

Choose a channel

Select the text channel where you want to post the contact panel.

Check permissions

If Marno reports missing bot permissions, update them in Discord and continue.

Set up the panel

Add a title, description, and button label. You can also choose an accent color.

Post the panel

Publish the panel to complete the connection.
When setup is complete, Discord shows as Connected in Integrations. Admins can update the panel or disconnect Discord later. Moderators can view the integration but cannot change it.
Enable Ticket flow before launch so the panel can open tickets.
