Connect Discord to let customers open private support tickets from your server.

Connect Discord

Open Integrations, select Discord, and authorize the Marno bot.

Choose a channel

Select the text channel where you want to post the contact panel.

Check permissions

If Marno reports missing permissions, update the bot permissions in Discord and try again.

Set up the panel

Add a title, description, button label, and optional accent color.

Post the panel

Publish the panel, then open it once in Discord to create a test ticket.
Discord shows as Connected after the server and panel channel are ready. Admins can update the panel or disconnect the server later.
Integrations is admin-only. Moderators work from Inbox.
Review Ticket Flow before launch. It controls what customers see after they open a ticket.
