Discord is the live customer channel in Marno.

Connect a server

  1. Open Integrations and select Connect Discord.
  2. Choose a server and authorize the Marno bot.
  3. Select the text channel for the contact panel.
  4. Fix any missing bot permissions shown by Marno.
  5. Set the panel title, description, button label, and accent.
  6. Publish the panel.
The integration shows Connected when the server and panel channel are ready.

Update or disconnect

Use Update Panel to change the channel or panel copy. Repost it, then remove old panel messages in Discord. Disconnecting removes the workspace binding. It does not remove the bot or earlier panel messages from Discord. Public auto-answer channels are configured under Agents → Marno → Settings. Guided questions, routing, and access roles are configured in Ticket Flow.
Discord setup is admin-only. Moderators work from Inbox.
