Add a source from an agent’s Knowledge tab. The source belongs to that agent and must finish processing before it can be used.
  • Website: One public HTTPS page or one language of a public site.
  • Discord Q&A: A connected channel and trusted answer role. Marno learns from new replies after listening starts. Premium or Business is required.
  • Text: Content pasted directly into Marno.
  • Q&A: One question paired with its canonical answer.
  • PDF: A text-based, unencrypted PDF up to 10 MB and 100 pages.
  • Google Doc: A document shared as Anyone with the link → Viewer. The import is a snapshot.
  • YouTube: A public video with published captions. Marno imports captions, not audio or video.
Admins can add, refresh, edit, disable, prioritize, and remove sources. Managed sources that ship with a built-in specialist remain locked until that specialist is removed.
