Marno keeps Discord tickets in private ticket threads and syncs them with Inbox. Private team notes never post to Discord. Sandbox tests never contact a customer.
Anyone with a complete transcript link can open it. Share it only with the intended recipient.
Control access
- Owners and admins can use and configure the full workspace.
- Moderators can work tickets in Inbox.
- Work roles route tickets without granting admin access.
Use the lowest access level each person needs.
Protect connected data
- Add only knowledge that an agent may use in customer answers.
- Remove secrets, private customer data, and internal notes before importing a source.
- Connect apps with a narrowly scoped service account when possible.
- Remove an app from agents that do not need it. Disconnect unused workspace accounts.
- Keep API keys and access tokens out of tickets, knowledge, and agent instructions.
- Link a personal Discord account only for notification delivery. It does not replace sign-in.
Marno rejects encrypted PDFs and PDFs with active content such as JavaScript, launch actions, or embedded files.
