Ticket Flow controls what happens after a customer opens a private Discord ticket. Use the editor to set:
  • the greeting and follow-up messages
  • buttons and one layer of branches
  • intake questions
  • the starting priority
  • whether Marno or your team handles the completed path
  • Discord roles that may access tickets
Enable the flow and save it before launch. Use the Discord preview to check the copy and order. After changing the contact panel, update and repost it from Integrations.
Ticket Flow is admin-only. Moderators work from Inbox.
