Create your workspace
Enter a workspace name, or accept an invitation to an existing workspace.

Add knowledge
Add a public website or a written note. Onboarding adds it to Marno, the lead agent.

Connect Discord
Authorize the Marno bot. You can skip this step and connect it later from Integrations.

Publish the contact panel
In Integrations, choose the Discord channel and publish the panel customers use to open tickets.

Check Ticket Flow
Open Ticket Flow and confirm the greeting, questions, routing, and enabled state.

Test Marno
Open Sandbox. Use Knowledge Test for a quick answer check, then use Ticket to run the real ticket pipeline without Discord.
Workspace setup is admin-only. Moderators open directly into Inbox.
