Knowledge belongs to an agent. Marno searches the sources on its own Knowledge tab. A specialist searches its own sources and returns a brief when Marno asks for help. Available source types are:
  • Website
  • Discord Q&A
  • Text
  • Q&A
  • PDF
  • Google Doc
  • YouTube captions

Add a source

  1. Open Agents and select the agent.
  2. Open Knowledge and select Add resource.
  3. Choose the source type.
  4. Provide the URL, file, channel, or text.
  5. Wait for processing to finish.
  6. Open the source and review what Marno stored.
  7. Test a realistic question in Sandbox.
A source added during onboarding belongs to Marno. To give a specialist different material, add it from that specialist’s Knowledge tab.
Knowledge management is admin-only. The workspace plan limits the total number of sources across all agents.
Prefer one current source over several copies. Never add secrets, private customer data, or internal notes that may appear in an answer.
