Import a PDF - marno.ai

Use a PDF for a guide, handbook, or policy. Marno extracts the text for retrieval. It does not keep the original PDF file.

Requirements

The PDF must:

be 10 MB or smaller
contain no more than 100 pages
contain extractable text
have no password or encryption
contain no JavaScript, launch actions, or embedded attachments

Image-only scans are not supported.

Upload a PDF

Open Agents, select the agent, and open Knowledge.
Select Add resource → Upload PDF.
Choose the file and confirm its name and size.
Upload it and wait for indexing.
Open the source and review the extracted text.

PDF sources cannot be refreshed. Import the replacement, test it, then delete the obsolete source.
