Events

You can receive alerts when:
  • A ticket is assigned to you or one of your work roles
  • A teammate mentions you in a ticket
  • Marno passes a ticket to the team

Delivery

Enable each event separately for:
  • Email
  • Desktop
  • Discord DM
You can also choose which priorities—High, Normal, and Low—trigger these external alerts. Desktop alerts require notification permission in your browser. Discord DMs require your personal Discord account to be connected from Profile.
The notification bell always shows in-app assignments, mentions, team handoffs, and AI budget alerts. Opening an item marks it as read and takes you to the related ticket or settings page.
