Open Agents, select an agent, then open Knowledge. The table shows the sources that agent owns, their type, status, priority, and last sync time.

Source status

  • Scraping: Marno is finding and extracting pages.
  • Indexing: Marno is preparing extracted content for search.
  • Completed: the source is ready to test.
  • Listening: a Discord Q&A source is waiting for trusted replies.
  • Failed: the import did not finish. Open it to read the error.

Source controls

Admins can:
  • enable or disable a source
  • set Low, Normal, or High priority
  • edit manual Text, Q&A, and learned Discord Q&A entries
  • refresh a website after its cooldown
  • delete a source permanently
A managed source that ships with a built-in specialist cannot be deleted on its own. Remove the specialist to remove that source. A source is available only to its owner. Other agents reach it by asking that agent. Test representative questions after every edit, refresh, priority change, or deletion.
