# Invite your team

> Invite teammates and choose their access.

You can invite teammates during onboarding or later from **Team**.

  <Step title="Open Team">
    Select **Team** in the workspace sidebar.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add an email">
    Enter the teammate's email address.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose access">
    Select **Admin** or **Moderator**, then send the invitation.
  </Step>
</Steps>

* **Admins** can manage members and workspace setup.
* **Moderators** can work on support tickets but have limited configuration access.
* **Owners** have full control, including billing and ownership transfer.

Invitations sent during onboarding use Moderator access. You can resend or revoke pending invitations from **Team**.

  Work roles are used for ticket assignment. They do not change a member's access level.
