# Connect Discord

> Connect Discord and publish your contact panel.

Connect Discord to let customers open private support tickets from your server.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Connect Discord">
    Open **Integrations**, select Discord, and authorize the Marno bot.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose a channel">
    Select the text channel where you want to post the contact panel.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check permissions">
    If Marno reports missing bot permissions, update them in Discord and continue.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set up the panel">
    Add a title, description, and button label. You can also choose an accent color.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Post the panel">
    Publish the panel to complete the connection.
  </Step>
</Steps>

When setup is complete, Discord shows as **Connected** in **Integrations**.

Admins can update the panel or disconnect Discord later. Moderators can view the integration but cannot change it.

  Enable **Ticket flow** before launch so the panel can open tickets.
