# Test Marno in the sandbox

> Test knowledge answers and the ticket pipeline without contacting a customer.

The Sandbox has two test modes. Both are admin-only and consume the workspace's monthly AI-answer allowance and AI budget.

## Knowledge Test

Use **Knowledge Test** for a quick private conversation with Marno.

1. Select **New test**.
2. Ask a realistic customer question.
3. Continue in the same run to test follow-up context.
4. Check the answer and source evidence.

Runs are saved in the workspace and sorted by recent activity. You can search or rename them. Deleting a run permanently removes its messages.

## Ticket

Use **Ticket** to run the real ticket pipeline without Discord.

1. Select **New ticket**.
2. Write messages as the customer.
3. Watch Marno follow the same batching, office hours, answer mode, and handoff rules used for Discord tickets.
4. Open the test ticket in **Inbox** to review or work it.

Test tickets appear in Inbox. Deleting one removes it and its messages from both Sandbox and Inbox.

After changing knowledge, ticket settings, a specialist, or an app, repeat the same case in a new test.
